Welcome! Brenda Bokenyi is a children's picture book writer and   illustrator. Her approach to illustrating is varied. She uses traditional   colored pencils and pastels, and self created fabrics using tissue paper,   pastels and a glue mixture. She has written and illustrated numerous   picture books for young children. They are ready to be published!   When she is not creating artistically, she is either teaching her first   grade students in English and Spanish or exercising around her home in   Portland, Oregon.
